1. Who we are

These terms apply to the website at genesis-solutions.org and its portals, operated by Genesis Business Solutions CC (registration CC/2015/02534), Windhoek, Namibia ("Genesis", "we", "us"). By using the site or signing in to a portal you agree to these terms.

2. Who may use the portals

• The Staff Portal is for authorised Genesis personnel only.
• The Stakeholder Portal is for stakeholders, investors and counterparties whom Genesis has registered or approved. Registration does not guarantee access to any particular information.

3. Your account

• Keep your password, and any authenticator app, private. Do not share your account.
• Tell us immediately at info@genesis-solutions.org if you think your account has been used by someone else.
• We may suspend or remove access at any time where we reasonably believe these terms, a confidentiality agreement or the law has been breached.

4. Confidential information

Material in the portals, including documents in the data room, may be confidential and may be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between you and Genesis. You must not copy, forward, publish or disclose it except as that agreement or Genesis permits in writing. Access to information is granted at our discretion and in stages.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: attempt to access areas or accounts you are not authorised to use; probe, scan or test the security of the site; introduce malicious code; use automated tools to collect content; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. No offer or advice

Information on the website and in the portals is provided for general information and discussion. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, asset or interest, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. You should take your own professional advice before making any decision.

7. Intellectual property

The Genesis name, logo, website content and materials are owned by or licensed to Genesis. You may not reproduce or use them except as these terms or a written agreement allow.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep the site available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free content. We may change or withdraw features, and update these terms. The date of the latest update is shown below; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Genesis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or portals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
