- Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the stakeholder sign-in page. A reset email is sent to the address you registered with. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
- Not yet registered? You can request access here. Access is approved by our team.
I am a member of Genesis staff
- Locked out? After several incorrect attempts an account is locked for a period of time. Wait for the lock to clear, or contact us to have it checked.
- Lost your authenticator device? Contact us so your two-factor authentication can be reset after we have confirmed your identity.
- Forgotten your password? Contact us to have it reset. Once signed in you can change it from your account.
Staying safe
- Check the address bar shows genesis-solutions.org before entering your details.
- Use a strong, unique password, and turn on two-factor authentication where it is offered.
- Report anything suspicious to us straight away.
